Converting an outdated design system to a new Figma system with lots of enhancements

Completely overhaul a legacy medical payment management system, improving usability and functionality for patients, healthcare providers, insurance agencies, and creditors.
Process:
- System Analysis: Conducted a thorough review of the existing application, identifying pain points in both visual design and usability.
- User-Centric Redesign: Created a new interface that aligned more closely with user workflows while enhancing overall functionality.
- Visual Overhaul: Implemented a clean, modern design that improved visual appeal and created opportunities for future enhancements.
- Design System Migration: Assisted in converting design system components from Sketch to Figma, facilitating better integration with React development.
